House Financial Services Hearing on Assessing the Federal Response to the Affordable Housing Crisis in Rural America
On Thursday, February 14th, the Housing, Community Development, and Insurance Subcommittee of the House Financial Services Committee will hold a hearing entitled, “The Affordable Housing Crisis in Rural America: Assessing the Federal Response.” The hearing is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., EST and can be streamed live here. (Please note, the hearing was originally scheduled for 10:00 a.m., but CARH has since been notified that it has been moved to 2:00 p.m.)
CARH has been asked to testify at this hearing. Tanya Eastwood, President and CEO of Greystone Affordable Housing Initiatives and CARH’s current Chairman of the Board will be appearing on behalf of CARH and our members.
