R-410A Introduction and Overview

Addresses the air conditioning conversion from R-22 to R-410A and alternatives to make the transition.  Topics will include - comparing R-410A to R-22, interfacing old and new equipment, service guidelines, repair or replacement options and proper charging techniques.   

Appliance Repair

Addresses most common service requests along with solutions.  Topics will include - common repairs, safety, troubleshooting, repair vs. replacement, and preventative maintenance.   

Team Management

For Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors work as a team - the focus is on the shared responsibility between leasing and maintenance teams and how working together contributes to overall success.  Topics will include - team management/maintenance, curb appeal, team budget/inventory control, maximum and minimum stock levels, standardizing parts, and ordering cycles.
